FASHION WEEK WELCOME

GOOD EVENING

How are you everybody ?
Me personaly , i am very well... Today is tuesday , first day of fashion week castings - real craziness :)

Yesterday i was doing a photoshoot in V&A museum :) Great great opportunity to work in such an beautiful place like this :)
After they close we had a chance to shoot there (I am really excited for the result ).

Thanks modelling i can discover really amazing places and hiden streets i wouldnt probably see if not my castings and meetings :)
I wanna share with you lovely cozy street i was passing today called WHITE HORSE STREET on MAYFAIR.
Little shops with little tea places and very old English athmospere there :) Highly recommending  you to visit :)

White Horse Street in the exclusive Mayfair W1, a chic area of Central London. The nearest tube stations to White Horse Street is 'Green Park' which is only a few minutes walk away. White Horse Street is just off Piccadilly.

TODAY'S RECIPE:

SEA BASS & SWEET POTATO with BROCCOLI & MUSHROOMS

WE NEED :  sea bass
                      olive oil
                      dry herbs
                      garlic
                      ginger
                      sweet potatoes
                      broccoli
                      soya sauce
                      mushrooms
                      peas
                      spring onion
                      black pepper

STEP BY STEP : Fresh Sea bass wash under water , cut in the midle and clean it .
                              Cut garlic and ginger in to the small pieces and fill inside the fish.
                              Heat oven on 180 degree .
                              Put fish inside the oven and bake for 30-40 min.

                              In the mindtime wash potatoes and cut then in a little circles.
                              After 20 minutes of baking put patatoes together with your sea bass and sprincle
                              with herbs and little bit of olive oil on the top .
                              Bake for another 20 -25 minutes :)
SIDE DISH:
                              Put broccoli , mushrooms and peas in to the boil water and cook until there are ready
                              When you see that the vegetables in nice and soft move it to the wook and cook for
                               another 5 min with 2 big spoons of soya sauce and little bit of black pepper.
                   
                               When Sea bass and potatoes are ready to eat just decorate it with spring onion on
                               the top and your light heathy dinner is done :)
