I am sorry guys but i am not happy... everytime i ask you : "how are you guys?" but none is talking to me back :( do you really want me to be sad ? :)

So second change :) HOW ARE YOU GUYS TODAY ?


Few years ago i got my first little book with quotes.
I even think i bought it for myself . . . Anyway. . .  loooooong time ago :)

I remember there was this quote which maked me think about myself and people at that time.

Today the old memories came back to me...

Emotions !
We often say " control your emotions !!! " why? because it HURTS ... words can really hurt us so much...

Maybe is a good thing ? - i can't tell now.

 It hurts - but also can  help us to know the person better...To open our eyes.

Menthal hurt take longer to heal then the physical one... That's for sure.

We should learn how to talk to people about important issues, not only when we are drung or angry :)
                   LEARN IT NOW ...LATER CAN BE TOO LATE.

I wanna share with you my "little thing " today.
After my castings i went to grap a soup ( tomato my favorite ) and with soup i always get bread ,even i don't eat bread.
Usualy i just leave it on the plate.   I dont know why but today i took piece of bread and i play with it.
A bit silly i know...
but...
After while i noticed that this bread is in a shape of HEART ! 
It was such a moment :)

Perfect

Good evening ...

Is already sunday 1am , i can't sleep so i decided to write . . .

What i am going to write about ? 

I was thinking today ..why there are some words we use but they actually don't exist in a real life.
I am sure you dont know now what i mean... 
Let me give you an exaple . . .      The word: PERFECT .

What Perfect means? an Ideal ? and what does a mean?

Perfect partner... perfect look.. perfect job... life... world.. That's what we hear all the time right ?
There is just not such thing as perfect!

Let's accept everything in life how it is.. and if we are not happy about it... change it,
Still cant see the change ? believe and dont give up. NEVER...

Life is soooo simple..is already so beautiful just try to notice the beauty..go deeply .. open your eyes and ears...
Go out more often, take a walk ... visit places you never seen... talk to people you never talked... eat what you never tried...read what you never read...
Forget about the time ...take your watch off and leave your phone at home- At least once a while...
Ofcourse is not so easy in our fast world...i am also not the best example...but i am trying to be.

I cant say much about the book yet because i just received today morning:) but i will deffinitely keep you updating during my reading.

St.Mikulaš day

Hou hou hou....

Or something like that  :)

Today is 6 of December and in Slovakia (my home country) is St.Mikulaš day :)

Day Svätého Mikuláša is very popular with kids in Slovakia. No wonder, they get presents on this day (but only if the behaved nicely)! On the eve of St. Nicholas day, Dec. 5th, kids leave out their shoes or boots on their windowsills. Then the next morning they find the shoes filled with little presents. When I was growing up, the presents were pieces of fruit: apples, nuts, pears. Those who behaved badly would find a piece of coal.:) But we are all good :)

Then the next day, in the evening, the older boys of the village would dress up as Sv. Mikuláš and his entourage: an angel (anjel) and a devil (čert). The boys dressed as angels would wear long white shirts, while the devils wore a long black coat, painted their faces black, and tied chains and bells around their waist. They would then visit families having little kids. The little ones first had to say a prayer  or sing (something funny and improvised) and then would receive more presents: dried fruit, candies, nuts and so on. And of course, those who misbehaved got their coal.  The devil supposedly gave out potatoes.

Cute tradition right? Nomatter how old you are ,your shoes have to be shiny and wait for something nice :)

How are you everybody ? i am naughty i know ...again i didnt write for quite long time :(

SOOOOO many things happended since then:) 

I went to China for one Month -  again YES ONE MONTH !!!! China is just not what i thought it is.Lesson ? To not to have an expectation- NEVER.   I can't say is bad or good , is just VERY defferent . Specialy people ! China is very very political country and it reflects on the nation. To be more accurate ... People are not friendly, they are not polite to each other and the basic respect is just not there...

In the end of the day what makes your country nice ? i would say people...

But is time to say something nice :) Shanghai was beautiful and ofcourse traditional chinese couture is magical :)

 I visited  Bejing , Shanghai, Zhuzhou and province Hunan :) The best city as i mentioned was Shanghai... Beijing not at all is just too much pollution ...

I can talk about China for hours but is better to go and make your own opinion :) 

Little sugestions before you go:) take looots of empty bags with fresh air from here :) JUST KIDDING ...maybe not haha.

I am good i just miss my family today so much . I should go home soon.

Did you guys heard about HOT YOGA? I am sure you did. On Friday me and my friend Christina we went together . Christina is doing yoga more then one month and she absolutely love it.
For me was it for the first time but i have to say the same I LOVE IT - very relaxing , feeling nice and warm and also with the touch of spirituality 60 minutes of experience is amazing .
The best thing ? we are burning calories and forming our bodies :)

CARROT CAKE

End of the week , for most of the people good feeling but for me ? doesn't mean anything because i will work whole weekend :)
but i dont mind i love my job ... :)

Autunm is here and one of the best vegetables to eat in this period of time is CARROT.

I have here some usfull informations about our red friend .

Carrot is simply fantastic , cheap super healthy and is not only tasty vegetable but we can also create lovely sweets and cakes .
For the first time in my life i baked carrot cake OMG ...was fantastic :) and healthy.
This is my recepe ANDREA'S CARROT CAKE :

INGREDIENTS

   200g carrots , peeled

• 175g soft brown sugar
• 200g WHOLEGRAIN flour
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• zest 1 orange
• 2 eggs
• 150ml sunflower oil

• 

  1. Line an 18cm square tin with baking parchment. Ask your grown-up helper to turn the oven on to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grate the carrots on the fine side of the grater, then tip them into a large bowl.
  2. Sift the sugar, flour, bicarb and cinnamon on top of the carrot, then add the orange zest and mix everything around a bit.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl (scoop out any bits of shell), then add them to the bowl along with the oil. Mix everything together well.
  4. Scoop the cake mix into your tin and level the top. Ask a grown-upto put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cake is cooked. Cool.
  5. To make the icing, mix the butter and icing sugar together, then stir in the soft cheese until smooth.
  6. When the cake is cool, spread the top with the icing and cut into squares. Decorate with sprinkles, if you like.

It was very nice and sunny today :)
I started my day very unconventional , at 10 am i had an appoitment in ST.TROPES salon , to make my legs tan :) and thats because i have a job tommorow for NEXT and they want me to have a darker legs :) strange :)

After i left salon i had few castings :) nothing special to say about it :)
but after my castings a went to the chinese embassy to colect my CHINESE VISA !!!!!

In the afternoon i met for a caffe my Czech friend Sandra :) Sandra is a model, we lived together in Milan few years ago , it was actually my first modelling trip ever :)OMG i feel so old now :)
It was very nice to see her today.

After Easter we are back ... I don't know how is your April time , but mine is quite hectic...
So many things to do :)
 Yesterday i went to  Tate modern gallery.. London was so rainy and cold .
I loooove Tate modern, one of my favourite places in London, i would like to recommend you, the restaurant on the top of the building with amazing view !!!
The place is great for afternoon tea with english snack .
HA HA i felt so " english " ...
Tea at 5 pm, rain and biscuits .. you know what i mean ? :)

How's your Easter time? I am in London, is good and not good...i wish to be home..but the traditions in Slovakia are crazy so i am also happy to be here... :)

On Easter Monday, in Slovakia, boys from the village would pour water over the girls and in Western Slovakia the boys would also whip the girls with thin willow branches. If the girls wanted to stay beautiful, healthy and full of life throughout the year, they would have to gracefully accept the water soaking and whippings.

The Easter whips were made from freshly cut willow branches. It was believed that by whipping the girls with the willow branch, all the fertility and life giving powers from the tree would be transferred to the girl. Meanwhile, the water was supposed to bring health and beauty.

In return for whipping and soaking the girls, the boys would also receive special treats from each of the girls, as a way of thank you. The gifts from the girls would include painted eggs, which symbolized fertility, sweets, cakes and glasses of local schnapps, such as Borovicka. The village boys would collect the gifts and then have a party in the evening, to which the girls were also invited, of course.

In some parts of Slovakia, the roles would be reversed the following day and the girls would have the chance to get their own back on the boys. The boys would be whipped and sprinkled with water, however, the girls did not receive any treats.

Crazy right? ha ha ...

Birthday girl

6 Of ApriL..1:30 am ...The Day when i was born. 


Beginning of spring , Easter time and also my birthday .
... My day " D" started with beautiful sunshine ..I had nice breakfast in the Turkish place. After that , i went home to get ready and go to the centre...I was enjoying "girly" time with my lovely Jayden ...ha ha Shopping , doing nails , having tea ... but ofcourse Jayden had a beer witch ruin our "girly"atmosphere .I am joking ...Everything was amazing ...I got beautiful presents...
Ouuu  I have to mention the surprice i got yesterday from Kai. First i got a card with our picture and after delivery came and brought me bouquet of flowers.. I had tears in my eyes how happy and emotional i felt.Also my Charlton make a music track for me and in the radio today he said Happy b-day to me in live..So amazing.


At 7:45 pm Jayden booked a table in OXO Tower restaurant , one of the most amazing restaurants i ever visited  ... so so so so so so beautiful..I don't need to say that everything was just stunning!One moment was unforgettable - after dinner the waiter came to me and gave me a cake. The most beautiful cake with candles...Only for me..i felt so special ..It was really hard to not to cry...I broke my "No chocolate diet " , but today i can :)
